A favorite breakfast and lunch for our girlfriend Kelleigh G! She has us all making these daily.
- Acai packet (I like Trader Joe’s the best)
- 1/8 of an avocado
- 6-8 oz of almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 scoops of vital proteins (for some added flavorless protein)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
Blend well in blender. Pour in favorite bowl.
- Top with:
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup favorite granola
- 1 tbsp local honey
- 1/2 sliced banana
- Add any other berries
